Childbirth education classes

Childbirth education can help you and your support person have a happier and healthier pregnancy and delivery. While some couples are reluctant at first to attend childbirth classes, most people find they enjoy the classes a great deal. Prenatal classes are available at Grant Hospital and Mount Carmel Hospital. If you wish to enroll, please register early as space is limited.

Pre-registration

We recommend that you pre-register at the hospital prior to your arrival for delivery. This allows you to have all of your paperwork completed prior to coming in to deliver your baby. Generally, mothers pre-register during the 28th to 30th week of their pregnancies.
